Notes and Ticketing Regulations Winter 2024/2025

TICKETING REGULATIONS

This document governs the contractual conditions related to the purchase and use of daily and multi-day ski passes (consecutive and non-consecutive), round-trip tickets, season passes, as well as the conditions of use for slopes and ski lifts. The purchase of a ticket implies the knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these "ticketing regulations" (available at ticket offices and on the operator’s website), and of the national and regional laws governing winter sports and the use of ski lifts. The "ticketing regulations" expressly refer to the public price lists, which must be considered an integral part of these regulations. The issuing company reserves the right to adjust the rates and regulations during the season. In case of discrepancies between the linguistic versions of these general contractual conditions and other public communications, the Italian version shall prevail.

GENERAL RULES

The mountain environment in which you find yourself, and the changing natural or artificial conditions that characterize it, as well as the practice of skiing, involve inherent risks due to the nature of the activity itself. The purchase of a ticket and the use of the facilities imply the knowledge of such risks and the acceptance of all the conditions set forth in these regulations, as well as the appropriate application of common sense. Skiers cannot hold the company responsible for injuries caused by accidents resulting from any of the conditions that are an integral part of skiing, such as, but not limited to: terrain surface conditions characterized by discontinuities and irregularities of the snow cover caused by variations in grooming, daily wear, the fall of other skiers, and partial grooming of the slope after snowfall, as well as the presence of small stones and artificial snow piles, according to current regulations (Art. 6 Regional Regulation no. 2/1996). Regarding the use of ski slopes by skiers, reference is made to Regional Law no. 9 of March 17, 1992, and no. 27 of November 15, 2004.
